Yes, always. Every booking — from a single night to a week — includes exclusive use of the entire 550-acre property. You will not encounter other guests.

Are pets welcome?

Yes — dogs, cats, and horses are all welcome at no extra charge. Stables and paddocks are available for horses.

What is the minimum stay?

Generally 2 nights minimum, though this may vary by season. Contact us for single-night availability.

Is the road to the property accessible?

The last 3km of Back Creek Road is a well-maintained dirt road. Most vehicles handle it comfortably. A 4WD is recommended after heavy rain.

Can we bring our own catering?

Absolutely. You're welcome to self-cater using the fully equipped kitchen in the Farm House, or arrange outside catering. We can recommend trusted local vendors.

Is there mobile reception on the property?

Reception is limited in parts of the property, though WiFi is available throughout the Farm House. This tends to be a feature rather than a limitation for most guests.
