Our cattle graze freely across the property's natural grasslands, drinking from clean creek water and living the way cattle should. When you order a Highfield beef box, you know exactly where it came from.
The half beef box includes a balanced selection of premium and everyday cuts: scotch fillet, eye fillet, rump, topside, blade roast, short ribs, osso bucco, mince, and sausages — all vacuum-sealed and delivered chilled.
Approximately 10–12kg of beef. Serves a family of 4 for 6–8 weeks.
